To raise some funds the youth club invited to this event.
For those who don't know what it is:
You buy raffle tickets and put them into a vase at the price you would like to win.
One of the tickets will be drawn later.

You write your name on a strip of paper and try to fix it as close as possible to the dragon's tail whil blindfolded. The best hit is winning.
